Thanks for visiting Infrared Scotland. I’m Colin Leslie a photographer based in the Scottish Highlands. While I do take (what my mother describes as) “normal” landscape and nature photographs (www.colinlesliephotography.com) I have always been fascinated by the power of place. That unique feeling you get when you visit a special place. I find that very difficult to portray in regular colour photography so a few years ago I picked up a converted digital camera to allow me take images in the unique style of folk like Sir Simon Marsden.
This website will be a repository for the images I’ve taken so far along with some tips for folks wanting to try digital infrared Photography.
